Raspberry Jam

Berries are naturally sweet, low on the glycemic index and full of antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals. This healthy berry jam is a tasty option for people who are looking to reduce their sugar intake. Sugar accelerates aging and is the root cause of all chronic illnesses. The only sweetness here is from the healthy berries and allulose. Add to plain yogurt, a smoothie or your morning toast.
