Group Health Coaching Package

Group health coaching is a science-based approach rooted in behavioral psychology and evidence-informed strategies that support lasting health change. In a small cohort of midlife women and beyond, participants work together to build sustainable habits around nutrition, stress management, sleep, movement, and disease prevention. Real connections form. Vulnerability is welcomed. And hope becomes something you can actually feel and act on.

Midlife is a critical window for shaping long-term health. Research shows that adopting even four to five healthy behaviors around age 50 can translate into more than a decade free from major chronic diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. And yet, this is also a season when menopause symptoms, caregiving responsibilities, work stress, and fatigue often make consistency feel harder than ever. Midlife and menopause are not phases to simply push through. This is your second act, and you do not have to navigate it alone.
